Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is for anyone seeking to understand themselves better, improve mental health, or work through specific challenges. Couples Counselling

Using evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method to address recurring conflicts, disconnection, and stress-related difficulties—supporting healthier, more secure, and lasting relationships.

Family Therapy

Family counselling views your family as an interconnected system, where each member influences the others. Sessions may include the whole family, smaller groups, or individual members, depending on your family’s needs.
