My cancellation policy requires 24 hours advance notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice will incur the1/2 session fee.

With the exception of general consultation (where my therapist will not disclose any identifying client information), all disclosures made as part of your treatment cannot be shared with any third party unless you give written consent, unless: - You are at risk of imminent danger to yourself or someone else. - There is suspected abuse or neglect of a vulnerable person (minor, elder, or mentally challenged adult) - A court has subpoenaed your client file - Your therapist is defending a malpractice suit - There are unpaid fees associated with your file, which may be forwarded to collections -You disclose a psychological injury that occurred in the workplace Record Keeping All client information is stored on an online, encrypted data base: Jane App. This includes personal information shared as part of your intake process, as well as clinical notes for each appointment. Only your therapist will have access to your client file. You are able to request access to your clinical file by completing a formal request in writing and bringing said request to your therapist. Client records are maintained for the purpose of continuation of care, and cannot be released to a third party without the written consent of the individual client.
