About me

I hold a Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Calgary and I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Work (#12635).

​I provide a compassionate and confidential support to individuals, adolescents, couples and families. Whether you're seeking support for a specific concern, improve your overall emotional well-being, or to foster healthier relationships through tailored counselling, I'm here to help.

 

​I utilize several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including;

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment,  Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Family Systems, Acceptance Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gottman couples counselling level 1&2, Trauma-Informed Practice, and mindfulness strategies to address a wide range of mental health conditions, including:​​

Clinical examination ( ASWB Clinical Exam).  In Alberta, a Clinical Social Worker is a regulated mental health professional who provides assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental health and emotional concerns.

Advanced training in clinical social work practice with a focus on assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based interventions. Skilled in individual, couple, and family therapy, case management, and collaborative care. Strong foundation in mental health, trauma-informed practice, and therapeutic approaches to support diverse client populations.

Bachelor of Fine Arts
University of Alberta


Comprehensive training in visual arts with a concentration in painting, emphasizing creative development, technical proficiency, and critical analysis. Coursework and studio practice included traditional and contemporary painting methods, art history, color theory, and composition. Experience exhibiting in group shows, preparing portfolios, and engaging in collaborative and independent creative projects.
